The dinner event at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT at 45 Park Lane features a six course set menu, available for one night only on March 5, 2019. The two chefs will create a menu that celebrates David’s modern American cooking and compliments James’s strong focus on British traditions, ingredients, and flavours.
James is the latest to join David within the kitchens of CUT at 45 Park Lane, and follows a series of collaborations with internationally acclaimed chefs and restaurants including Francis Mallmann, who made his London debut at CUT at 45 Park Lane, Alain Ducasse and restaurants Spago and Chinois on Main.
The six course tasting menu is priced at £195 per person, including a welcome glass of Champagne. Wine pairings are available on the evening. Reservations can be made from 6.30pm with the last sitting at 9.30pm.
