The Colony Grill Room

The Beaumont is serving an Independence Day Feasting Menu in the hotel's resident restaurant, The Colony Grill Room, designed to celebrate the stateside 4th July holiday. Available from 1st - 9th July, Head Chef Ben Boeynaems has created a special menu in keeping with the restaurant's transatlantic inspired cooking (£65pp). Begin with Cornish seafood boil before moving onto a feasting course centered around a whole buttermilk fried chicken, alongside sharing dishes of tater tots, mac 'n' cheese, corn ribs, deep fried green tomatoes, watermelon salad, red cabbage slaw, and buffalo and ranch sauces. To finish, conclude with caramelised apple pie à la mode, all served within the glamorous grill room with a clubby 1920s New York feel. Available for tables of 2-6 people, with booking required at least 24 hours in advance (reservations here).

The Stafford London 

On Fourth of July, The Stafford London -  has long been a favoured destination for guests from across the pond - is celebrating American Independence Day with a special menu available all day in both The American Bar and The Game Bird restaurant. From the menu, BBQ hot wings with blue cheese sauce and corn dogs with American mustard will be followed by main courses including crispy fish tacos with pickled slaw and chargrilled maple bacon cheeseburger with ranch dressing. For dessert, a zesty key lime pie will offer an indulgent end to the meal.

The classic all-day American steakhouse and grill, in Covent Garden, is putting on an all American Independence Week menu featuring Stateside classics  Available (from 1st to 5th of July) for lunch & dinner and priced at £38 for two courses, £45 for 3, their independence feast kicks off with the likes BBQ pulled pork tortilla, wild bass ceviche, jerk-rubbed chicken, surf’n’turf and smoked tiger shrimps. Their Martini Bar is joining the action with its very own Hot Dog menu and themed cocktail creations available all week.

Balthazar

American restaurant Balthazar is throwing a week of celebrations from Saturday, 29 June to Saturday, 6 July. The week-long celebration begins with a screening of the historic baseball game between the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox, in Major League Baseball's London debut. A special American menu continues all week, including the Independence Day Dog (Toulouse sausage and BBQ beef cross rib, Comté cheese topped with crispy shallots in a home made bread roll), special Maker's Mark cocktails, and various American pies including Key Lime, cheesecake and banoffee - available to order to take home.
