Barbecue and grilling aficionado Adam Perry Lang has hinted that he is planning to open an LA restaurant.
It seems Adam Perry Lang is ready to reveal the location of his highly anticipated upcoming Hollywood restaurant. It’s going onto Vine Street, just south of Hollywood Boulevard proper. The chef, who has been running his annual Serious Barbecue pop-up at the Jimmy Kimmel Show backlot for the past few years, told Vice Munchies he hopes to launch a restaurant in Hollywood sometime next year.
While there will of course be a strong barbecue component, diners will also be able to indulge in steaks, with Lang working a live fire to grill top quality cuts.
