A venture from d.ream Group, the people behind Zuma and Coya Dubai, in partnership with Umut Özkanca, who hails from a renowned Turkish family of restaurateurs, Rüya, which means dream in Turkish, is relocating from the Grosvenor House hotel.
The rich culinary heritage of Anatolia has been reinterpreted in contemporary terms by Colin Clague (ex-Zuma, Burj al Arab, Qbara, and Jean-Georges Dubai) who brings his incomparable ability to weave stories of regional cuisine through delicious flavours. The menu, which uses ethically sourced Turkish produce, features signature dishes such as Cağ kebabı - a horizontally stacked charcoal-grilled marinated lamb kebab - plus other traditional spit roasts, skewers, and the quintessentially Turkish flatbread, Pide. The beverage side of things is no less impressive, with a creative cocktail menu, and an array of Turkish wines on offer.
