Just 18 seats are available for this one-off event, featuring playful classic dishes - which begins with a glass of Bruno Paillard Extra Brut Première Cuvée - dishes include: BBQ-spiced crispy pig ears, segues into ox-cheek doughnut with apricot jam and paprika sugar; seared octopus with raw fennel and a whole roast chicken with chestnut stuffing and wild mushrooms alongside seasonal vegetables from the Duck & Waffle farms.
Tickets cost £85 per person and includes a three-course menu with wine pairings in addition to a glass of Champagne on arrival. All proceeds go directly to Action Against Hunger - an international humanitarian organisation with the mission of eradicating child hunger.
