The judge from MasterChef Brazil is said to bring a new concept to the beach, hitting (possibly) Surfside in 2018.
The judge from MasterChef Brazil, Henrique Fogaça is planning to open a new spot here in Miami. The chef with four restaurants under his belt already in Brazil, is leaning toward Surfside as his destination of choice when it comes together in 2018.
The place he's looking to open his new concept is Ocean Terrace, a soon-to-be-built building in Surfside owned by Residence Inn by Marriott, where the celebrity chef is also creating the menu for the property's signature restaurant, Coltrane.
No word on cuisine - through we're sure it will have plenty of Brazilian flair - or decor, but we'll provide updates as soon as they come in.
