Gleneagles + Waterside Inn

Andrew Fairlie is to welcome father and son Michel and Alain Roux to his two-Michelin-starred eponymous restaurant in October as the three chefs offer guests a unique opportunity to dine as part of a two-night collaboration.

The event at Gleneagles will be the first time Michel and Alain have hosted an event together outside the world-famour three-Michelin-starred Waterside Inn in Bray. The chefs have created a six-course menu, which includes signature dishes from both landmark restaurants and be accompanied by selected Champagnes and wines.

Dishes include the Waterside’s terrine of foie gras and chicken breast coated in pistachio nuts, served with grapes marinated in ratafia, paired with a Jurançon Moelleux from the Pyrenees, and Fairlie’s signature home-smoked Scottish lobster accompanied by magnums of Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne.

The price for the one-off experience, with champagne and paired wines, is £375 per person. Only 104 guests will be hosted over the two evenings and tickets are available here
