The evening starts at 6.30pm with a welcome aperitif and canapés followed by an exclusive Q&A with Monica hosted by Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw - followed by a 4-course menu created by Monica - with each dish paired with wine by Nathan’s sommelier Damon Little.
Monica Galetti is one of Britain’s most well-known chefs, a judge on BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals, she was until recently Senior Sous Chef at two Michelin-starred Le Gavroche, leaving to plan her first solo restaurant, Mere, which opens later this year in London’s Fitzrovia.
Teaming up with Nathan, a fellow advocate of seasonal, straight-forward and ingredient-led cooking, is an inspired pairing that will deliver an engaging and unique evening of food and conversation. Dinner is priced at £160 per person.
