This renamed East London restaurant (formerly instant hit Mission) comes from the wine evangelists behind the eponymous Hackney Road's Sager + Wilde, the highly-regarded wine bar. Throughout the summer they have hosted various BBQs, in the railway arches of Bethnal Green, with various notable guest chefs - and their last takeover is with Chase Lovecky, Head Chef at Michelin starred The Clove Club in Shoreditch.
Born in Maine, USA, Chase Lovecky has spent time in the acclaimed kitchens of Jean Georges and Momofuku Ko in NYC, and helped open Momofuku Seiobo in Sydney alongside Ben Greeno. Honing his skills and experiences from some of the world’s top restaurants, Chase has developed his menu around the grill and seasonality with à la carte dishes. Book from 12pm onwards.
