Enigma: Take 3

The newest chapter in Enigma, the rotating pop-up restaurant at Palazzo Versace, has been unveiled - and this time it's celebrating Turkish cuisine with The Inside Story.

For the first time, Enigma isn't hosting a Michelin-starred guest chef, but rather, has one of its in-house chefs at the helm. Chef Yunus Emre Aydin, hailing from Marmaris in Turkey, has worked at Enigma since it opened, helping bring the earlier editions to life. With The Inside Story, he is bringing the renowned flavourful cuisine of his country to Dubai's diners, with a typically Enigma twist (read: mysterious and surprising) of course. 

An à la carte dinner menu will be offered - another first for Enigma - alongside a Tasting menu. Enigma will continue to evolve its pop-up concepts to bring a variety of international flavours to the city, so we can expect guest chefs back on the roster soon enough, we're guessing. In the meantime, it feels like we'll be experiencing something of a Turkish cuisine boom (remember, Ruya has just opened too) in Dubai. We're not complaining!
