Set in the newly opened Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel (the newest addition to the Madinat complex), Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai brings the Italian heritage and hospitality that the Ferragamo-owned Il Borro estate in Tuscany is known for. This storied Italian estate - a restored Medieval village - has built up a reputation for its biodynamic approach to food and wine, and this ethos continues through in the Dubai restaurant's all-organic menu. 

The stylish restaurant and lounge, set by the Turtle Lagoon, oozes contemporary style with neutral, nature-inspired interiors with an open kitchen centre-piece, and display counter of fresh fish, aged meat and a selection of fine cheeses, to reinforce their commitment to organic, ethically grown and sustainable produce. Executive Chef Andrea Campani serves up an all-organic menu that reinterprets rustic-style Tuscan dishes with simple preparations letting the fine ingredients (many of which are sourced directly from the estate) do all the talking - think Pappa al pomodoro, a thick soup of tomatoes with bread; and creamy pasta with black truffles. Tuscan ingredients are front and centre in the beverage offerings as well, with signature cocktails being infused with them. Il Borro is open for lunch and dinner.
