Founded in 2014 by John Li after returning to London from Hong Kong, Li set up Dumpling Shack to jump on the burgeoning street food trend, becoming one of the first vendors to serve fresh, handmade dumplings.
There are two sittings each night, priced at £35 per person. Tickets. Dumpling Shack’s is set to open a permanent venue on the cards in 2017.
