Sprout is a celebration of seasonal ingredients and greenery, reflected in both the menu and the space. The space will be transformed and adorned with plants, ceramics, herbs and bulbs for four nights only.
The exclusive 3-course menu consists of a complimentary Sipsmith cocktail on arrival matched to snacks, followed by playful sharing plates; an innovative main inspired by some of Doherty’s favourite British flavours and European cuisines; and a twist on a classic British dessert to finish.
