Welcoming four of London’s best chefs to their Exmouth Market kitchen to create a pita that runs as a special on the menu for a week - the line-up includes David Carter of Smokestak, Nud Dudhia of Breddos Tacos, Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich of Honey & Co and Israeli chef Oded Oren.
The collaboration culminates in the grand-finale on Sunday 4th February, the one-off Pita Party, when all of the chefs come together to showcase their dish and you get to try a mini pita from all four guest chefs paired with a cocktail shooter or wine flight. Tickets cost from £26.
Breaking bread
Aged gochujang pork belly with toasted sesame, cucumber, mint, and crackling pita; spiced beef kofta with lemon tahini sauce and tomato and parsley salad and hand chopped sea bass and hake kebab, with spicy peppers and sour cream.
