Tartine Manufactory Los Angeles

San Francisco’s famous bakery is coming to LA.

Tartine Manufactory in Los Angeles will be a collaboration between Tartine’s husband-and-wife team Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt, as well pizza aficionado Chris Bianco and managing partner and legendary LA restaurateur Bill Chait.

Scheduled to open spring 2018 at the Row DTLA, it will be a 30-acre mixed use complex of renovated buildings, comprising a vast, 38,500-square-foot, two-story food hall plus room for about 150 to 200 seats. It will feature an amalgamation of premium breads and baked goods, pizza, ice cream, coffee, and almost every other deliciousness U can imagine. During the day, it’ll be a casual breakfast and lunch operation with counter service while a full dinner service will take place in the evenings.

But Tartine won’t be the only exciting project at Row DTLA, which has already announced concepts ranging from a kaiseki restaurant named Hayato to Paramount Coffee Project and an outlet of East Coast ocean dwellers Rappahannock Oyster Bar.
