A funky new food truck pop-up event lands in town, running for a limited period at the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC).

This hot new food truck market from the people who brought is Food Truck Jam and Truckers DXB is different for a lot of reasons - for one, it's at a licensed venue, which means there will be plenty of craft beverages on offer. But, the focus is firmly on the varied food offerings, with over 20 food trucks and pop-up concepts offering their culinary wares. 

There's everything from the predictable gourmet burgers and sandwiches to Jerk chicken, pastas, wood fired oven pizzas, raclette, and more. The international array of flavours, from authentic Thai dishes, and French crepes, to Lebanese street food classics such as ka'ak, and unique Polish-style sandwiches ensure there really is something for everyone. Live music and beats from local DJs set the scene for a fun weekend out. 

Also at the event is the newly launched Street Food LAB, which provides a platform for budding (amateur) foodies to showcase their culinary skills; they'll be cooking up a storm with their original creations at this weekend's market. 

Street Food Market DXB will run from 8pm-2am on Thursday; 12pm to 2am on Friday; and from 4pm to 11pm on Saturday, and the concept is expected to pop up again on different dates and locations. Entry is AED 10, open to adults only.
