The original Miami (and Toronto) concept Byblos has been rechristened and launched in Dubai by the same people who brought us the rather inviting Weslodge Saloon, in the JW Marriott Marquis hotel. Boasting a similar location on the 71st and 72nd floors of the highrise hotel - which means, similarly stunning city views - the restaurant oozes luxurious elegance thanks to its award-winning design team. A spiral staircase connects two floors, while marine-inspired murals, crystal chandeliers, and pastel colours add a touch of feminine detail. 

The menu offers contemporary iterations of Eastern Mediterranean dishes, with creative twists on time-tested flavours - whether it's in the extensive mezze offering, sharing-style mains - including a daily fresh catch selection - or the interesting beverage selection, ranging from modern cocktails to unique steeped teas.
