For four nights only, Gome is creating his incredible showstopping, globe-trotting dishes here in London, having worked stints at Noma in Copenhagen, as well as Nahm in Bangkok, this is his first time cooking in London. His fun-loving nature translates directly into whatever he cooks, producing staggering and beautiful results using only local and organic fare. Dishes include crab truffle with quails egg, crispy duck steamed buns and Vietnamese tacos. His flavourful cuisine can be described as modern plates from around the world, influenced by the Mediterranean, while embracing the team’s Middle Eastern and Asian roots.
