Gome Galily Supper Club at The Snail

In charge of Lamuella, one of the hottest restaurants in Ibiza, and having just finished the season at Matsya Freestyle Kitchen in Goa, Gome Galily is after a new challenge and stepping up to the plate with a series of supper club dinners at L 'Escargot.

For four nights only, Gome is creating his incredible showstopping, globe-trotting dishes here in London, having worked stints at Noma in Copenhagen, as well as Nahm in Bangkok, this is his first time cooking in London. His fun-loving nature translates directly into whatever he cooks, producing staggering and beautiful results using only local and organic fare. Dishes include crab truffle with quails egg, crispy duck steamed buns and Vietnamese tacos. His flavourful cuisine can be described as modern plates from around the world, influenced by the Mediterranean, while embracing the team’s Middle Eastern and Asian roots. Tickets are priced at £75 per person.
