World renowned chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa is back in Dubai as part of Atlantis The Palm's Culinary Month.
The creator of the world’s most acclaimed Japanese restaurant, is renowned for its innovative new-style Japanese cuisine, drawing upon his classical training as a sushi chef in Tokyo, his life abroad in Peru and Argentina and his travels around the world.
Returning to the Dubai outpost, chef Nobu will be in the kitchen for three nights between November 16 and 18, serving a limited edition nine-course Omakase menu (priced at Dhs950) - showcasing his distinctive and award-winning signature dishes. Expect a selection of sashimi four ways, Nobu-styled cup sushi, a green tea fondant and mochi ice cream, and more.
