Nuru is a plush venue situated in the former home of the APTC restaurant. The 60 cover restaurant offers contemporary fusion cuisine under the expertise of Santa Catalina-born chef Jesús Pérez de la Fuente, or simply chef Chus. Citing his experience at Mallorca’s former Plat d’Or and Porto Pi restaurant as well as Nobu London, Chef Chus incorporates Asian and local influences in many of the dishes.
Much of the venue's decor was sourced from SYZYGY, an interior concept store a short walk up the road, and includes are by popular Spanish actor Jordí Mollá all contributing to its relaxed and welcoming ambience. The bar host a small selection of high-quality Mallorcan and new world wines as well as a series of cocktails which can be enjoyed on the upper floor roof terrace. Reservations are recommended but do take advantage of the restaurant's personal shuttle service.
