Employing his superb knife and presentation skills, Mauricio overseas a selection of al fresco à la carte options including 'salmon tataki salad with rocket, baby spinach, and a truffle sauce', 'Nikkei steak tartare' as well as 'Tarte flambé and topped with mushrooms, cream, sobrasada, and truffle oil'.
