In partnership with Cîroc Vodka, aqua nueva’s Formentera Terrace brings the island’s relaxed vibe to its Regent Street rooftop for the summer season. Architect Mehrnoosh Khadivi, of Craftwork Studio, has designed an oasis overlooking London’s urban jungle, channelling the chilled atmosphere Formentera is so famed for.
The terrace is a flush of greenery and floral displays, against the sandy tones of rattan screens and colourful planters - an ideal setting to enjoy their light and summery cocktails and Formentera-style dishes. Also discover their alcoholic dessert bar, a pretty, parasoled bike, which offers two flavours of Cîroc Vodka sorbets.
Dining al fresco, lazy lunches on sunny afternoons
Crispy squid with marinated courgettes and ink aioli; crispy pork skin with chilli lime salsa; and Black seafood ali-oli croquettes and saddle of rabbit with pancetta, wild mushrooms and bean cassoulet and octopus carpaccio with smoked paprika, Gordal olives and capers.
Nueva Spirit with Cîroc vodka, elderflower cordial, lime, sliced cucumber, ground pepper and topped with Cava; Sunset on Regent Street - Cîroc Red Berry, Aperol, Yellow chartreuse, honey, raspberry syrup and lime and the Formentera Colada with Cîroc Summer Colada, coconut cream, lime, pineapple, Manzanilla and Abbott’s bitters.
