The ‘Fiesta de Color’, running from 15-18 June 2017, sees Waterloo Millennium Green (near Lower Marsh) transformed into a vibrant, multi-level pop-up inspired by Campo Viejo’s unique winery back in Rioja, Spain.
Throughout the event, you are given the chance to learn the art and science behind wine blending and experiment with different grapes, test their taste buds and even take home a bottle of wine made to their exacting requirements. Guests can also discover how to perfectly pair street-style tapas with four of Campo Viejo’s delicious wines.
With a balcony bar overlooking the London cityscape, a roof made from coloured ribbons and even a robot that pours your wine (called the Tropism Well, this 10ft interactive sculpture automatically bows to fill your glass when you’re near it!).
Open Thursday to Friday 4pm-11pm and Saturday to Sunday 12noon-11pm. Admission is free, the Wine Blending Masterclass are priced at £20 and the Food and Wine Pairing Masterclass is £25.
