Hakkasan’s Chef Tong and Street XO’s David Muñoz create an exclusive Golden Week menu for Hakkasan London.

The limited edition fusion menu features brand new dishes, bringing together their collective and diverse influences to create a one-off dining experience at Hakkasan. Combining Chef Tong’s incomparable style with David’s inimitable approach to fine dining, creating dishes that take inspiration from cuisines around the world, the menu will be unlike anything seen in Hakkasan before. Muñoz has also been working with Hakkasan’s award winning bar team and pastry chefs to bring his reputation as the ‘enfant terrible of Spanish gastronomy’ to bear on this limited edition menu. All dishes are available a la carte. The menu is also be available in Hakkasan Hanway Place, from the 22nd September to 22nd October.

Golden Week is one of China’s biggest national holidays, spanning seven days in October where all workers are given three days of paid time off. The holiday marks the founding of the Republic of China and takes place between 1st and 7th October.
