Immerse yourself in the worlds of artisanal single-origin chocolates and coffee with this delicious collab between two home-grown and very funky brands. You'll get to learn about the chocolate making process and receive tasting notes with a unique tasting session of some of Mirzam's most coveted flavours - such as the Single Origin Dark Chocolate (85% Cuba, 72% Madagascar and 65% Vietnam), and Spiced 62% Dark Chocolate with Dates and Fennel - which will be ideally paired with micro-roastery Encounter's selection of single origin coffees from Guatemala, Colombia and Ethiopia, as well as their special Voyager blend.
There will be just three sessions of this choc-coffee class taking place at 9 am, 12 pm and 2 pm at the Encounter Coffee Roasters located in The Sum Of Us Café (yup, it is by the Bull and Roo guys, a.k.a Tom & Serg). Priced at AED 140 per person.
To celebrate this perfect marriage, the Bull and Roo bakery is also creating a special Mirzam pastry, which will be available from July 1-7 at all their outlets and at the Mirzam chocolate factory in Al Quoz.
