Join us on Sunday 17th September with BULLDOG Gin in partnership with the legendary Pikes Hotel, as we combine the now institutionalized brunch party with Ibiza’s historic party culture; featuring special guest DJs, mouth-watering gin cocktails and more at The Hospital Club, in Covent Garden.
Reserve your seat in advance and pay for your food from a bespoke BULLDOG brunch menu on the day (think everything from avocados on toast with poached eggs & chilli flakes to pulled pork served with apple slaw & chop salad). As part of the reservation, you will receive a complimentary welcome drink, x2 complimentary BULLDOG serves from the bar as well as us operating a Red Snapper station for you to build their own.
Supersonic Gin & Tonic - with BULLDOG Gin, Fever Tree aromatic tonic and cassis, garnished with a sprig of lavender; Zesty Citrus Gin & Tonic - with BULLDOG Gin & Fever Tree Tonic Water, garnished with a wedge of pink grapefruit and a twist of lemon and Lavender Bees Knees with BULLDOG Gin, honey, lavender syrup & freshly squeezed lemon, garnished with a sprig of lavender.
