Hospitality recruitment specialists The Change Group is hosting a one-off event to answer the ultimate question of which is better… Meat or Fish?

Ten of London’s finest restaurants, five cooking meat dishes (including Salt Yard & Tom Simmons) and five cooking fish dishes (including Anglo, Claw & Aqua Shard), competing to see who the overall winner will be. You can expect only the finest ingredients being used for the event as the chefs will be focusing on sustainability and British sourced produce.

All proceeds from the event will go to Action Against Hunger, which aims to save the lives of malnourished children, ensure everyone can access clean water, food, training and healthcare and enable entire communities to be free from hunger. Tickets are a minimum donation of £25 each and include two meat dish tokens and two fish dish tokens. Additional food and drinks will be on sale on the night.
