The acclaimed chef has bought innovative Asian-inspired cuisine to City Walk.

Meaning beautiful in Japanese, the restaurant (replacing Galvin Bistrot & Bar) is headed up by former Zuma chef, Christopher Blake. Dine on traditional Asian dishes with international twists, with dishes such as a mezze of Kunafa wrapped prawns, yuzu kosho, sweet with sour tensuyu and marinated black cod with grapefruit miso. 

The restaurant features botanical Japanese influences, including cherry blossom trees and a gorgeous outdoor terrace for alfresco dining. Aya is Izu’s sixth home-grown restaurant, joining popular Greek restaurant Gaia, French eatery Carine, and healthy Mediterranean dining concept, Fika.
