Passo is open from 7am through to dinner and serving sharing plates alongside larger mains from head chef Massimo Laquinoto (previously of Shoreditch House and Giorgio Locatelli's Zafferano) with a menu that features “authentic Italian dishes...with an LA meets East London twist.”
Designed by Alexander Waterworth (also behind Soho Farmhouse and Luca), the main dining room is centerd around a open-style theatre kitchen. The restaurant also houses a deli and a year-round outdoor terrace.

Sweet B, with cognac, rum and Antica Formula vermouth; and the Classic Italian, with Aperol, Campari, honey syrup, prosecco and rosemary.
