Mimosa London

Momo Group have bought their French Riviera-inspired Paris restaurant Mimosa to The Langham.

The signature restaurant concept in The Langham London - previously home to Michel Roux's Roux at the Landau and run by the same people behind Cafe Laperouse in The OWO, The Momo Group. This is the first international outpost of the French Riviera restaurant and bring "a sense of the nature, pleasure and sun of the Mediterranean to diners". Chef Jean-François Piège of two-Michelin-starred Paris restaurant Le Grand Restaurant oversees the menu of the Paris branch - best known for his luxurious, yet playful modern French cuisine - rooted in classical French technique.

Expect an ode to fine French regional products with the dishes taking inspiration from the South of France. Eggs mimosa topped with bottarga, summer vegetables in tempura, grilled lobster accompanied by crunchy fries and homemade Italian ice cream. There's also an "eggs mimosa bar" at the wood-panelled restaurant and  vast 100-seat terrace for al fresco dining.
