Breddos are squeezing in one final TacOver with Tabasco for 2017 and they’re going out with a bang by teaming up with Michelin-starred Portland and Clipstone chef Merlin Labron-Johnson.
The one-off all day party sees Breddos’ Nud and Merlin, who has become known for his use of seasonal produce and precise classical techniques, create a brand new collaborative menu based on their cooking styles, so you can expect big flavours and inventive dishes with the usual mezcal buckets and vinyl soundtrack. Yep, this one is going to be GOOD.
