Nadine Levy Redzepi, an enthusiastic home cook, a mother of three and wife of one of the world's leading chefs René Redzepi is co-hosting this dinner in celebration of the publication of her first book - Downtime - a collection of everyday home-cooked meals.
Taking place on Thursday, 16 November at 7.30pm, SNAPS + RYE Head Chef Tania Steytler and Nadine will be cooking up a Nordic menu from Nadine’s book to include homemade potato crisps with anchovy hummus & salmon tartare, cold prawns in horseradish cream and braised pork cheek ragu with pasta. Tickets are priced at £57, including smørrebrød and Nordic G&T.
