For this special six week takeover (as HIX Mayfair at Brown's Hotel is now no-longer) Heinz Beck of three Michelin starred ‘La Pergola’ in Rome has created Ora, an Italian inspired pop-up in the hotel’s restaurant and drinks legend Salvatore Calabrese takes up a residency in the Donovan bar celebrating the art of the aperitivo with a specially curated Martini and Negroni menu.
Heinz makes a (very welcome) return (from 13th November) to London serving a specially created Italian menu including signature dishes brought from La Pergola that showcase his approach to Italian cooking that melds "classic techniques with comforting elements". Ora is open for lunch daily from 12-3pm and dinner from 5.30pm-10.45pm. The Donovan Bar at Brown’s sees drinks maestro Salvatore Calabrese take residence to curate a special Martini and Negroni menu featuring some of his finest creations from when he was in residency at The Dukes Hotel.
