HIDE by Ollie Dabbous

Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous flagship restaurant in Mayfair with the owners of Hedonism Wines.

This vast, 3-storey, 250-cover restaurant (which overlooks Green Park) on Piccadilly (used to house Fakhreldine and Diverso) is in partnership with the owners of Mayfair's Hedonism Wines.

Ollie closed both his casual dining restaurant Barnyard and the fine-dining, Michelin-starred Dabbous earlier this year ahead of this “major new undertaking” serving high quality dishes for all day dining from breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

The food "uses the very best ingredients, respectfully treated, to create light elegant dishes, both organic and theatrical". The restaurant itself is a unique, beautifully designed space (taking inspiration from Green Park) with bespoke tableware and the "best wine list in the world."

HIDE is set over three floors, connected by an incredible carved wood spiral staircase. “Ground” offers an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner, as well as afternoon tea and breakfast. “Above”, on the mezzanine, features a tasting menu and set lunch which sees Ollie take his cooking to new heights. And finally the bar “Below” presents a selection of Hedonism's finest and rarest spirits, along with an imaginative and  hand-crafted cocktail menu.

Hide is open seven-day-a-week,from 7.30am until 1am.
