The A-list London restaurant has been welcoming everyone from Cheryl Cole and Kate Moss, to Jude Law and Johnny Depp since the 1980's, and now the high-end trattoria has its sights set on Dubai. The marine-themed design of the contemporary restaurant features blue accents, magnolia washed walls, and terracotta tiles, with decorative art, marble statues, and an outdoor garden pergola transporting you straight to an Italy. A showcase kitchen is where the culinary team, headed by award-winning chef, Monserrato Marin, will give rustic, traditional favourites - all created using the finest ingredients from Italy - a contemporary twist. Think Spaghetti Lobster, Grilled Langoustines, Veal Milanese, Risotto di Mare and Tiramisu. The interactivity doesn't stop at the open kitchen however, with many of the signature dishes being prepared fresh right at the table - such as homemade pastas in a Parmigiana cheese wheel, and banana flambé desserts.
