Cornerstone by Tom Brown

The stunning 46-cover restaurant which aptly showcases chef Tom Brown’s own style of inventive, seasonal and produce-driven cooking.

Brown, who previously head chef at chef-restaurateur Nathan Outlaw’s Michelin-starred restaurant in the Capital hotel in London had also competed on BBC Two’s 2017 Great British Menu, is offering a Michelin-starred, daily changing - sharing - menu shaped around seasonal produce alongside a short wine list, which focuses on natural, organic and biodynamic wines.

The restaurant is named after Tom’s favourite Arctic Monkeys track and features minimal-styled but yet elegant interiors (designed by East London based architects, Holland Harvey) with the kitchen situated in the centre of the restaurant and plenty of personal touches. A highly recommend modern dining experience - with an imaginative menu of dishes packed with originality.
