Sweetfin Poke and its executive chef Dakota Weiss join forces with indie dream pop king BØRNS to create a limited edition bowl.
Sweetfin Poke has announced the collaboration with Garret Borns, better known as BØRNS celebrating his new album Blue Madonna.
Borns is a Michigan native who now lives in Los Angeles, where he became a fan of the poke chain, which now has seven locations. Sweetfin’s chef Dakota Weiss worked with the star to create a bowl that reflects the music on the new album, which has already gained acclaim thanks to a collaboration with Lana Del Rey on the lead track, “God Save Our Young Blood.”
The bowl features sustainably caught Albacore with golden beets, golden edamame shoots, Green Dragon apples, forbidden rice and a Forest Berry Anise Ponzu sauce. It’s available now through February 28 at any Sweetfin Poke location.
