Beach bar El Chiringuito takes on a whole new avatar after dark with a new beach terrace where candlelight and city views create an unbeatable atmosphere.

Opened just in time for Valentine's Day, the new candlelit terrace oozes romantic Ibiza vibes. With new head chef Diego Sebastian Moreno at the helm, the dinner menu includes favourites from their daytime menu such as grill roasted smoked aubergine served with homemade hummus and pesto; tuna tartare with coriander and avocado purée; Carabineros a la Sal (jumbo scarlet shrimp with lime oil sauce); and burrata, although the main event is all about bbq specialties (Diego is Argentinian after all) - think freshly grilled black angus filet mignon; sea bass in salt with fennel jus and roasted potatoes; and Tomahawk steak for two.
