Nancy Silverton is the acclaimed co-owner of Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and Singapore, as well as Mozza2Go and chi SPACCA in Los Angeles.
Silverton also founded the world-renowned La Brea Bakery as well as Campanile Restaurant, an institution that Angelenos cherished for decades. Silverton has also worked with some of the nation’s most notable and influential chefs including Jonathan Waxman at Michael’s Restaurant and Wolfgang Puck at Spago.
Having hosted a successful residency in London (at Shoreditch's Passo), which featured her signature antipasti, salads and world famous pizza - Nancy has revealed her plans to open new restaurant outposts in New York and also London.
Expect a hybrid of her Los Angeles's restaurants - celebrated pizzeria Pizzeria Mozza; the more upscale Italian trattoria Osteria Mozza and her award-winning meat restaurant chi Spacca. Check back for further information.
