Five of the world's best known chefs will come together to create a one-night-only nine-course dinner at The Square, Citywalk, on March 8.

The leading lights behind The Square's hottest restaurants - Virgilio Martinez (Lima Dubai), Chris and Jeff Galvin (Galvin Dubai), and Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer of Toro + KO - will join forces to host this one-off evening. The star-studded dinner will traverse the cuisines each chef is known for, with three courses each of Peruvian, Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisines being served, from the three different restaurants, along with wine pairings. 

Set to be an immersive experience, the Urban Jungle will be set up in the middle of The Square - in between all three restaurants - with live art installations and music creating an evocative atmosphere. Post dinner, the after-party will continue late into the night with DJs Hollaphonic & Scott Forshaw on the decks. 

Priced at AED 650 per person, including nine-course dinner, with paired beverages, and unlimited house drinks for after-party. Entry to just the party, 10pm onwards, is free.
