10 Greek Street with Merah Putih

For one weekend only, critic’s favourite 10 Greek Street is hosting renowned chef Kieran Morland of Indonesian restaurant, Merah Putih in Bali, into the kitchen for a special residency.

Serving a special one-off four-course menu for both lunch and dinner sittings, Kieran brings his unparalleled knowledge of Indonesian cuisine to the Modern European influenced Soho restaurant. Priced at £30 per person, the menu showcases Merah Putih’s signature dishes served as canapes and small plates.

Cooking in top kitchens around the world for the last 16 years, Kieran quickly established a name for himself, from working at Momofuku (NYC), to Wapping Project in London, Syracuse (Melbourne) and Kudeta (Bali). Kieran has opened Merah Putih in Bali’s trendy Seminyak region, which has since become one of Indonesia’s premier dining venues. His more recent venture, Sangaka, is a 40-cover Indonesian restaurant focusing on the combination of traditional spices from around Archipelago using wood and charcoal cooking.

Open for lunch and dinner bookings on Saturday 10th and all-day Sunday 11th March. You can also opt for a wine pairing course, created by wine buyer Luke Wilson for an additional £30pp.

Signature Dishes

Soto Udang (lobster, turmeric broth, leek, vermicelli, kale) and Cumi Cumi(squid, ink cilok, garlic, chili, sprouting broccoli), while mains feature Merah Putih’s famous Randang Pipi (beef cheek rendang, wild garlic, puffed tendon). Dessert is a Citrus Granita with Coconut Cream and Rhubarb.
