The Traveling Plate gives the students at Arc Culinary the opportunity to work closely with local chefs and learn new techniques from mentors in their community. The revenue generated from the dinner series helps them transform their lives and build new futures.
This month's unique dining experience on March 29 with Chef Juan Peralta of Arc Culinary will take place at Parker Playhouse in Fort Lauderdale beginning at 7 pm.
Arc Broward has worked hand-in-hand with the community since 1956 to provide the encouragement and opportunities that create life-challenging outcomes so that people with disabilities and other life challenges can live, work, and play in their communities. Arc Broward operates at 10 locations and provides 21 programs throughout Broward County.
