The candlelit supper club (taking place under the railway arches at Lassco Bar & Dining) features a five-course potato menu with drinks pairings devised by Jersey’s most celebrated chef, Mark Jordan. Showcasing the flavours of Jersey, with seasonal ingredients from the shores and fields of the island, Jersey Royal potatoes are the star at the centre of each dish of this dinner. Tickets cost £75.
