Curtis Stone welcomes Chef Ben Shewry of Attica for an intimate, multi-course dinner with wine pairings at Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant. Attica, located in Stone’s native city of Melbourne, has received countless accolades and is consistently listed on San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants. The menu will highlight Attica’s most famous dishes using California produce, as the chefs tell tales around the fire about their approach to regional cooking and how Aussie culture and history have informed their menus and philosophy. Guests will start their evening with cocktails and passed canapés followed by dinner complete with wine pairings.
