Norman Van Aken wants to preserve the family tradition of home cooking so he's opening up In The Kitchen with Norman Van Aken just for that purpose. It will focus on all things food, providing a wide range of cooking classes for all levels, in interactive small-group settings of no more than 16 students. Dedicated to inspiring and instructing the home cook, In The Kitchen with Norman Van Aken's programs will span the globe and cover cooking basics that run the gamut from family recipes to technique.
The state-of-the-art facility is outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment and tools from Sub-Zero, Wolf, All-Clad, OXO, Global Knives, and cabinetry by Eggersmann. There's also a big emphasis on procuring the best teaching talent through guest instructors ranging from famed chefs, winemakers, farmers, fishermen and cheese makers from all parts of America and abroad. Classes start in June!
