This summer pop-up at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has a single purpose: to give LA diners a place to enjoy two of the world's favorite foods, burgers and lobster.

The menu features five-ounce burgers for a quick bite or a larger ten-ounce patty with roasted red pepper and garlic mayonnaise. Sides include truffle fries or sweet potato fries, while craft beers include the Arrogant Bastard.

Lobster lovers can dive into a spiced lobster roll served up on a homemade bun drizzled with a tangy remoulade sauce; or choose a lobster-tomato-arugula salad with a Champagne vinaigrette. Of course, purists can enjoy a half or whole lobster served with tarragon.

And if U simply can’t decide there’s the five-ounce burger and half lobster combo, served with fries and salad.

Cattle & Claw runs until the end of August.
