Gathered together by the Italian gastronomic consortium Identità Golose - an Italian congress dedicated to signature cuisine - the chefs hold seven Michelin stars between them with the dinner an "opportunity to experience an unforgettable culinary journey through the most contemporary takes on Italy’s regional flavours and traditions". Chefs include: Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani of two-Michelin starred Milan restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia and Annie Féolde and Alessandro Della Tommasina from three-Michelin star Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. Dinner is priced at £160 and includes a welcome drink with canapés, a 5-course tasting menu paired with Italian wines and beers - and takes place at newly opened Italian rooftop garden restaurant Alto by San Carlo at Selfridges.
