Now in its second year, the five-day festival features a line-up of outdoor chef demonstrations from chefs such as Francesco Mazzei of Fiume; José Pizarro and Neil Rankin of Temper. There are also a handful of special ticketed events granting guests access to one-time special feasts by some of the UK’s most renowned chefs including Vivek Singh of Cinnamon Kitchen, award-winning Asma Khan of Darjeeling Express and Roy Brett of award-winning Scottish seafood restaurant, Ondine. For guests wanting to get hands on, there are also several interactive masterclasses including a Spice & Fish masterclass and oyster masterclasses aboard the MBNA Thames Clippers recently launched boat, the Venus Clipper.
