Cub, the drinks-led dining experience by award-winning duo Ryan Chetiywardana (aka Mr Lyan) and Douglas McMaster, is popping up at neighbourhood gardens across London

The series takes place on the 30th July and 27th August. This summer’s Secret Garden Supper Clubs bring the Cub concept outside into the capital’s beautiful gardens, showcasing seasonal British fare using local produce grown within London communities and taking diners on an exciting al fresco food and drink journey.

Working closely with gardens which have a focus on supporting and giving back to the community around them, the Cub team are using hyperlocal produce grown on site for each of the menus – making every dinner unique.

To keep you guessing, the postcodes of the dinners are only announced when booking, with the exact location revealed the day before via email and Cub’s social media channels.

Cub is the result of a collaboration between internationally renowned bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana (aka Mr Lyan) and Doug McMaster of Brighton’s zero-waste restaurant Silo. Pictured. Blurring the boundaries of food and drink, there is a strong focus on sustainability and minimising waste. Tickets are priced £60 per person for all food and drink.
