One of Ibiza's gastronomic hotspots has arrived in Mayfair...

Already a legendary name on the Ibiza scene for its fine dining, IT has finally arrived in town, taking over a former art gallery in Mayfair. The kitchen is headed up by chef Gennaro Esposito, who also oversees the two Michelin-starred La Torre del Saracino restaurant on the Neapolitan coast. Esposito is known for combining southern Italian flavours with fine-dining techniques, with a modern take on Italian classic dishes. With dishes such as nocellara olive soup with almond fennel purée and scabbardfish, alongside spaghetti pomodoro which is made with IT’s own Vesuvio tomato sauce. Similarly to IT’s sister restaurants (in Madrid and Ibiza) expect a soundtrack provided by a roster of live DJs.

Spaghetti with anchovy sauce, walnut pesto and fried scabbard fish and ravioli chicken cacciatore with black cabbage and mushrooms and olive soup with pan-fried cod served with a dash of almond cream.

Highlights

Every day from 5pm until 9.30pm in the bar and lounge area, complimentary and authentic Italian aperitivo are served alongside IT Ibiza’s expertly mixed cocktails.
